THE WEDDING SERIES X 2018 LOVE STORY MAGAZINE LAUNCH.
The Wedding Series launched their 2018 LOVE STORY Magazine with one long table set for 40 at Silvereye, a beautiful event space at The Old Clare Hotel in Chippendale.
Set in the middle of the space, the table style was dark and romantic, with Cultiver charcoal grey toned linen tablecloth used as the underlay for the tablescape. Guests were treated to a three course menu by Automata, Kensington Street Social and A1 Canteen, each served on MUD Australia handmade porcelain plates in milk.
Each place setting was dressed with The Wedding Series signature monogram, embroidered on beautiful Cultiver linen napkins in smoke grey and tied off with double-sided black velvet ribbon. To finish off the setting was black dipped cutlery with gold tops.
As centrepieces, low set and unstructured floral arrangements sat in dark footed bowl vases and were dispersed down the length of the 13m table in moody, rich winter tones; including anemones, tulips, orchids, scabiosas, roses, fragrant sweet peas and magnolia. Black candles in an assortment of heights and sizes weaved in-between the florals and created a romantic feel in the space.
At the end of the night, guests enjoyed a ‘nightcap’ off a gorgeous wooden drinks trolley with Nachtmann crystal whisky tumblers with a matching decanter.
